We lay the ground very early for a team that can put Lüttgens’ high quality standards into practice. Our trainees spend time in all departments and are taught valuable interdisciplinary skills. The outcome: smooth processes in day-to-day work as the basis for efficient interaction and cooperation.
As a traditional family firm, we take on new trainees every year. Lüttgens provides training in the following professions:
- Warehouse operator
- Warehouse logistics operator
- Mechatronics fitter
- Technical product designer (specialising in machinery and plant construction)
- Mechanic in plastics and rubber processing (specialising in injection moulding technology)
- Tools mechanic (specialising in moulds)
